| For 30 years, precision screen printing machines have been constructed in Fleischle's production plants. A great number of renowned companies active in the field of glass finishing and graphics are using these high-quality components in their production lines all over the world
In the year 1977 the company began with the manufacture of fittings and small devices for screen printing. And in the year 1983 the first semiautomatic machines for a maximum print format of 1000 x 1400 mm were built.
In the following years, Fleischle developed one innovation after the other, for example the LP-, LP-S-, SH- and TP-type screen printing machines with print formats up to 3300 x 6500, designed as semiautomatic, three-quarter automatic and fully automatic machines. At the end of 2001 the landmark TP-type screen printing machine came into being - a fully automatic facility with shuttle system, setting the standards on the market.
With its innovative technologies and thought-out designs Fleischle has developed into a leading manufacturer of professional screen printing machines, in particular in the field of large-area glass printing.
And the development is still going on - with the objective to manufacture the perfect screen printing machine for our customers at all times.

| The manufacture of state-of-the-art and powerful screen printing machines requires constant further development and research. Numerous innovations, such as the printing plate developed and patented by Fleischle, are applied to the products.
In a special procedure an Al-plate with a thickness of 5 mm is coated with a solvent-resistant plastic coat of approx. 5 mm. This very resistant special coating ensures an absolutely plane and seamless printing plate surface even for the largest print format. Moreover, the coating prevents the scratching of the glass planes during insertion.
