Pneumatic Doctor Clamps

Due to quick release levers, inserting and fixing the doctor blades becomes even more comfortable and easy to handle. These doctor clamps are free to slide without steps on the doctor carrier. Pneumatic cylinders pull the doctor profile to the carrier and fix it. The quick release levers are available as bolt-on kit for the Fleischle screen printing machines.
 

Mechanical Doctor Clamps

The mechanical doctor clamps offer the same features as the pneumatic model. The only difference of this variant is a manual clamping fixture for the doctor blades.

The pneumatic doctor clamps, adjusted to the Fleischle screen printing machines, are making the inserting and fixing of the doctor blades even faster and easier. These quick release levers are free to slide without steps on the doctor carrier. Pneumatic cylinders pull the doctor profile to the carrier and fix it. The mechanical doctor clamps, with the only difference of using a manual clamping fixture for the doctor blades, offer the same features as the pneumatic model. Among other things, these advantages include saving approx. 50 % of set-up times and easy operation, due to the fact that even long doctor profiles can be inserted by one person alone.

Adjustable Screen Support Batten

The screen support battens can be adjusted to the respective screen size fast and easily with a handwheel from the operator side. Fixing is carried out with pneumatic clamping cylinders.

Screen Positioning by means of Laser

In large-area glass printing Fleischle screen printing machines enjoy worldwide supremacy. The patented printing plate, manufactured absolutely plane and seamless due to its special coating, is already able to accommodate formats of 3300 x 6500 mm and even larger ones for the finishing process.

From now on, the setting of the printing template for these outsized glass panes also takes place in a most professional way by means of a laser pointer, now offered by Fleischle as additional equipment.

In this up-to-date procedure, three laser pointers emitting three 1-mm marks at the bottom of the screen are positioned at the edges of the glass pane with the printing unit elevated. Now the copy of the screen can be positioned exactly with reference to the glass pane. It is no longer necessary to climb onto the machine for this procedure. The laser positioning impressively reduces set-up times by i50 % and hence increases the manufacturing units' output capacity as well as efficiency.
